San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) May 12, 2014

The Health Technology Forum (HTF) will hold its third annual Innovation Conference in San Francisco on May 20, showcasing ideas that are transforming healthcare. This year’s conference theme, “Pathways to Sustainable Health”, will feature a full day of interaction and insight into the future of medicine and health.

The conference offers keynotes, panels, demos, an expo and a cocktail reception. It is an opportunity for the health innovation community to share their visions and developments. The California HealthCare Foundation, Northern California HIMSS and University of San Francisco are among partner organizations sponsoring the HTF series of events.

“This year’s conference promises to be dynamic and intriguing, bringing together professionals across healthcare and the health technology space,” says HTF founder Pronoy Saha. “It’s an honor to be working in partnership with organizations like Vodafone Foundation, the California HealthCare Foundation, USF, and HIMSS.”

“We are in an interesting time, defining the vision of a better health future for everyone,” says June Sugiyama, Director, Vodafone Americas Foundation. “HTF is a leading force in bringing key stakeholders together for transformation in healthcare and Vodafone Americas Foundation is glad to support community conversations again this year.” Vodafone Americas Foundation is a principal sponsor of the conference.

“HIMSS is pleased to support HTF Innovation Conference,” comments Nancy Hall, President Elect of the HIMSS Northern CA Chapter, another major sponsor. “Both HTF and HIMSS have events during California State HIT Week. We hope people can also attend the Patient Engagement Conference on May 19, as the two events are very complimentary and held in the same venue.” Both conferences are at the Parc 55 Wyndham Hotel in San Francisco.

HTF Innovation Conference panels will include topics such as gaming for children’s health, medical homes, informed patient, and population health.
