Steph Stern

Steph is the director of Global Expansion at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, a non-profit that teaches a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence program developed at Google. The Search Inside Yourself program has been taught to tens of thousands of people in more than 100 cities around the world, and Steph supports the global network of teachers to help make this happen. Previously, she worked in environmental policy for over ten years, where she combined an understanding of human behavior and resource efficiency to solve environmental problems. Steph is also a certified coach and has a passion for helping people find more fulfillment in their work and lives.
