Todd Ferris, MD, MS is the Chief Technology Officer at Stanford University School of Medicine. In addition to overseeing the design, coordination and deployment of innovative information technology solutions, he is responsible for Data Center & Platform Services and Information Security. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is a graduate of Stanford’s Biomedical Informatics Training Program. He is also an Assistant Program Director for the Stanford Clinical Informatics Fellowship.
Dr. Ferris has been at Stanford University for more than 15 years in various roles primarily focusing on the technology enabled care delivery space. He is an advisor at HTF and has been the host of the HTF Annual Global Conference “Common Good” when at Stanford University. He speaks frequently at various academic and industry seminars providing leadership in the area of technology and medicine intersection.
Todd received a BS in Biochemistry from University of California, Davis, a MD from University of Michigan, and a MS in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University.
