BUILDING RESILIENT COMMUNITIES FOR A BETTER OUTCOME
Despite advances in preparing communities for medical disease outbreaks, including natural disasters, social and medical infrastructure barriers exist that prevent communities from responding quickly or efficiently enough. This has tangible global health implications. This panel will discuss the social and infrastructure barriers that impair community abilities to respond to healthcare problems, highlight what is working, and identify areas where technology solutions are needed to solve community health problems.

SCORECARD ON HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGES
The Affordable Care Act has enabled people without access to other coverage to shop for health insurance on new health insurance exchanges or continue to buy directly from insurers or through agents. A key draw of the new exchanges is access to premium subsidies for low and moderate income people, and over 7 million individuals had signed up by the conclusion of the formal open enrollment period at the end of March. This panel will discuss what has worked well in the first year of full ACA implementation and what challenges remain to allow exchanges to operate more effectively and increase enrollment in the years ahead.

DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FOR ELDERLY CARE; HOW TO OPTIMIZE THE DESIGN AND GO TO MARKET STRATEGY
A significant percentage of elderlies seek digital solutions to manage their care in the coming years. Considering that senior population is highly heterogeneous and should be classified based on capacity to learn and functional statuses, it is crucial to understand each sub-population and its needs accurately. This allows for optimizing the design and go to market strategy, so that a high adoption rate and desired behavioral change are achieved for elderly consumers.

BE HEALTHY APPS: EAT, DRINK, PLAY, WORK, SLEEP, TRACK – WHAT ELSE?
Demonstrations of the latest mHealth tools and technologies will be discussed and examined in the context of identifying which aspects are having the greatest impact on improving patient health, and which aspects need to be improved. The negative effects of new technology on health will be addressed in terms of how new tools are designed and how people actually use them.
